I’ve had quite a few extractions here. Dentist is always really nice and makes me feel comfortable. Assistants are also wonderful as well. Had get 3 back teeth pulled today and dentist and her assistant made me feel comfortable I didn’t even need any anxiety meds . I guess with all these other bad reviews it’s a hit or miss? My experiences have always been good here.

The bad reviews had me worried, but I had a really great experience! I had been trying to find somewhere that took state to get my wisdom teeth out for awhile. Their extraction provider was out of town, but they still got me in for an exam and sent me with a few referrals. Really helpful, friendly and professional staff!

Requiring patients to confirm appointments online or by phone assumes consistent access to technology, stable housing, and reliable communication. Many of your patients have none of those. That is not an edge case, that is your core population. I have now shown up twice for scheduled appointments and been turned away solely because I did not complete this extra step. No care provided, no flexibility, no consideration of circumstance. Just denial. When a clinic that claims to serve low-income and unhoused individuals implements a policy that predictably blocks those same individuals from receiving care, that is not a neutral administrative rule, it is a structural barrier. The impact is what matters. Policies like this disproportionately affect people already facing the greatest obstacles to healthcare access, including marginalized communities. Whether intentional or not, the result is the same: reduced access for the very people you exist to serve. There are ways to address missed appointments that do not involve denying care at the door like reminders, grace periods, or confirming on arrival. Choosing not to use those options reflects a lack of alignment with your stated miss

If I could give them zero stars I would! They absolutely do not want to do their job. I live an hour out and their communication is lacking. Been here 3 times and they still have not done work on my teeth because they like to come up with excuses why they can’t. (High blood pressure, except I don’t have high blood pressure) Came in for a scheduled extraction and they told me that they referred me somewhere else 5 months ago and never gave the referral to me last time I was here, then blamed me for not having the referral. Very unprofessional. The only plus side is the front desk staff because they actually try to help you.
